How verification works

“Verified” isn’t a badge anyone can self-award and forget. Here’s what stands behind it.

A dated stamp

Authors confirm a workflow works on a specific date and model. That exact date is shown on every listing and on the card itself.

A separate “did it work?” signal

Real users report whether it worked for them. We keep that number apart from popularity, so reliability and hype never get confused.

Recheck, not rot

After 90 days without re-confirmation a workflow loses its green stamp and shows a recheck flag — so nothing sits at the top of the charts pretending to still work.

Anyone can report

Every workflow has a “report a problem” link. Reports about broken, stolen, or unsafe workflows route to the author and to us, and we act on them.

Workflows touching health, genetic or financial data carry an extra data-handling note. They run inside your own AI tool — Flowbento never receives your files — and they’re never a substitute for professional advice.
