Refund Policy

Paid workflows are digital goods unlocked instantly, but we still want you to get what you paid for.

When you can get a refund

If a paid workflow doesn’t work as described, or is materially broken for its stated model, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll review it — typically refunding if the issue is genuine and not caused by changes on your side.

How to ask

Use “Report a problem” on the workflow, or email support@flowbento.com with your purchase details. We aim to respond within a couple of business days.

Statutory rights

Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, that right applies. Note that by downloading the files immediately you may waive some withdrawal rights, where the law allows — we’ll make this clear at checkout.

Creator impact

Refunded amounts are reversed from the creator’s balance. Repeated refunds on a workflow may trigger a review.
