Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 30 June 2026
Template for the prototype, not legal advice.
To keep Flowbento safe and useful, some things aren’t allowed. This applies to every workflow and account.
Don’t publish workflows that
- Contain malware, credential harvesting, or anything designed to compromise systems or accounts.
- Scrape or automate a service in a way that breaks that service’s own terms.
- Facilitate illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or harm to people.
- Ask users to provide data the workflow author has no right to request, or that’s unlawful to process.
- Give dangerous instructions (e.g. weapons, self-harm) or content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Infringe someone else’s intellectual property or pass off another author’s work as your own.
Don’t misuse the platform
- No spam, fake reviews, vote manipulation, or gaming the verified signal.
- No misrepresenting what a workflow does or whether it currently works.
Enforcement
We can remove content, withhold payouts tied to violations, and suspend or terminate accounts. Serious cases may be reported to authorities. Report problems with the “Report a problem” link on any workflow or email safety@flowbento.com.
