Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Flowbento. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. What Flowbento is

Flowbento is a marketplace where creators publish AI “workflows” — ordered steps, prompts and supporting files — that other users can download or buy. We provide the platform; creators provide the workflows.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Workflows are provided “as is”

Workflows are created by their authors, not by Flowbento. AI output can be inaccurate or change as models update. We don’t warrant that any workflow will work, is fit for a particular purpose, or is error-free, and nothing on the platform is professional (medical, legal or financial) advice.

4. Payments

Paid workflows are a one-off purchase shown and charged in US dollars, processed by our payment provider. Buying unlocks the prompts and files for your own use. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Licence to use a workflow

When you download or buy a workflow you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not resell, redistribute or republish it as your own.

6. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break it.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Flowbento isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from a workflow’s output. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post the date above and, for material changes, give notice. Continued use means you accept the update.
